OOOKAAYYY... I really don't know what happen to my beloved country since I am really really way far from there now. Anyway seems like these days everyone want to be an artist there. Some are really good adorable and memorable for their skills, but trust me most of them are really just simply funny!! Like going to the Indonesian Idol just simply to make an appearance and even I watched one before only to take pictures with all the juries. Ain't it funny hah?? LOL.

Remember the video I post now is in INDONESIA by NONE INDONESIAN!!! I heard he is French but I am not really sure. I don't know what is the good thing of this video but watch it few times somehow the lyrics and his weird voice really stuck in my head!! Like using "pelet"!!! I guess I am really Indonesian and yeah I LOVE MY COUNTRY even whatever happening there... I know we Indonesian always love our country so much. We just not realize it when we are there. I only realized couple years back after I have been away from my lovely city Jakarta. I missed everything there...

Wondering if years later on from now and if I got married and had a kid. Will my kid sing and action like this one? Honestly he is so funny and brave enough to post that to youtube. These days I happen to spend most of my times staring in front of my laptop and I got few funny stuffs. This one is just the first from many. Seriously I don't know what happen nowadays. But it's a lot better to enjoy rather than thinking about it. You'll never know what will happen tomorrow so keep it a mystery and just enjoy the show!!

New MacBook Air

MacBook Air

I actually haven't try this latest product from Apple by myself. But I heard it's damn incredible. It comes out with two basic models, 11.6' inch and 13.3' inch. Compare to the last one, for me this one is really big improvement even not so much about the processor. Anyway as almost many people feel, I really feel that the 11.6' is like an Ipad with a keyboard. From my point of view, I prefer to have this one rather than Ipad. MacBook Air still has something to offer regarding the graphic performance compare to the Ipad. It is one of the biggest consideration when I want to purchase a laptop. I'm not saying that I don't want Ipad. I tried it before and seriously I changed my mind from hate it to love it. Price wise, MacBook Air has prove its worth. Starting from $999, it really has nice specs and features with high-resolution screen which even better than the current 13' MBP. If I'm not an Architecture student now, I wouldn't mind to change with this one. The very strong battery 5-7 hours in wireless and 30 days (not hours) standby!!!

Super Slim Design

I was hoping they would update the new 13' MBP line as I really want to have it since my current 2 years old Sony Vaio has been dying to keep up with my Architecture work as student. The battery can't stand more than 15 MINUTES!!! And now what's the difference with the desktop...sigghh.. Anyway just wishing they will upgrade it very soon...

As I mentioned before, this one is still the best yet for me to use. The free trial version can only get you into 640 x 480 pixels as the full version can go way a lot higher than that. This software works fine with sketchup version 6 and 7 but it doesn't support version 8 ( I already tried ).

Rehearsal Studio

This one is the interior for the rehearsal studio in the project "Rock O'cashel Lane, Geelong, Victoria. The assignment was about creating a place for indie rock musician community to have recording, rehearsal, and performing. It's located in front of Central Market there. I uploaded some of the buildings' 3D as examples for sketchup. This one I rendered using IDX renditioner. The easiest, fastest, and best I ever use.

Google SketchUp 8

For everyone that might be happen to not knowing what is SketchUp, it's a good time and to start learn using it!! It's the easiest 3D modelling program for architecture, engineering, game developing, and etc. It contains lots of feature with an easy interface to use. I know it cause I'm using it myself... If you're in a limited time and resources, this is a good one to try. here is some screenshots from my own work as examples. You can find more in Google SketchUp website and their 3D warehouse... Anyway, hope you will love it and enjoy it!!

Here is the video me and my groupmates did for one of our assignment. The whole video is using Final Cut software but the 3D is using sketchup. Quite basic stuff only for beginner.

For everything above you can see that it is a pretty straight-forward software, do what you want and what you need. Explore it as far as your creativity can!!!

When I started this blog, the whole idea in my was what I can share. But what the bloody things I can share??? Well basically I have several thoughts running in my head but just can't decide with which one I'll go first. Mostly I think I will put up with anything that fills up my 24/7 days which thank-God-for-internet-to pass my day. My laptop and external hard disk is so full of movies, TV series, manga comics, musics, softwares, etc.. Another 3D rendering from my last semester final project. The Barwon Ridge Winery, Geelong, Australia. The site is located quite far from everywhere but it has a really nice view everywhere you look around. Here is some pictures that I love the most. I still have a lot 2D & 2D drawings as well and don't be wrong, I love it all!!! But it would be taking forever to upload it though...hahaha...
